Scorpion Software offers a free online Customer Service System for all of our customers. Enhanced online support is available to customers with a valid warranty or support agreement. You can get answers to your installation, configuration and trouble-shooting questions here. The Customer Service System is updated daily with the most current information about our products, as well as updated knowledge based articles based on customer service incidents as they are resolved.
